How to unlock the Legends Are Never Forgotten achievement in WWE 2K22 - Definitive Guide

The best way to do this is play as William Regal as he gives you the perk which allows you to sign a free legend. Once william is selected and you’ve began your game, go over to the power cards section and activate the legend card. then go over to the roster section, go to legends, and sign whichever legend you wish. the achievement is now yours.

Go to MyGM. We go to the MANAGE ROSTER section and then to SIGN LEGEND (a rock is drawn on it). And buy any wrestler.
