If you don't care about the ratings achievement. This can be done in 10 minutes.

Set the season length to 15 weeks and autofill every show. The achievement will pop once it's over.

Was able to do it but it still hasn’t unlocked. Any idea if anyone else has this issue? Or what I can do.

At the beginning of a new game in the settings there is a choice of the number of weeks 15, 25 and 50. Choose 15. Complete 15 weeks and the trophy is yours .
PS I advise you to combine this trophy with the " On Top of the Mountain " trophy.
