Easy enough after a match they may text you with a request (fight a certain person, postion) and you agree to it then line them up with that request and run the match.

I did that on the Xbox One version but didn't get the achievement. Do you have to play the match?

At the beginning of each week, a chat opens with advice or requests from the superstars on your roster. All you have to do is fulfill the request of the superstar, for example: A wrestler can ask for a rematch with a certain star, a title match, to be in the main event of a show (mainivent), etc.
