How to unlock the A Natural Heel achievement in WWE 2K23 - Definitive Guide

I was having issues with this myself.

Go into settings and gameplay and flick scores and switch on the choice to be able to target the referee!

Go and do a match and play normal. Get the blue bar filled up all the way and then knock the referee down and then hit the dirty payback and there you go - achievement unlocked

change brock lesnars payback to low blow play a normal match beat up you opponent deliver a f5 attack the ref then deliver a low blow and it should appear

go into a normal match type and use low blow. once your low blow is ready bring a chair into the ring and wait for the ref to grab it, once he does he turns and throws the chair over the ropes, and as he does that is your window to use low blow. be as quick as possible and you’ll be fine

Update: I still haven't got this achievement and I haven't got a lot of the achievements in this game coz it's so broken..

Just did the poison mist with Asuka, won the match and no achievement. Not sure if this needs to be done with someone labeled as a heel or not, but it could also be bugged.

Has to be done on Normal or higher. It won't unlock on Easy.
