How to unlock the Choice and Consequences achievement in WWE 2K23 - Definitive Guide

after doing a bunch of fights via DM's, you can speak to Ava in the locker room with a green WWE logo on her name. you fight her on Main Event. Keep going threw the matches dialog at the top Left, eventually she will get a chair you then get an dialog option path display choice pop up use the chair for the achievement. Not sure if you choose not to use the chair unlocks the achievement.

I can confirm that you don't have to use the chair if you don't want to. ^_^

As Flamez said you don't have to use the chair. The achievement unlocks as soon as you choose either option.
