An "easy" way to do this is to simply ignore your success (I finished in last place). A season consists of 25 weeks.
1) Start a new MyGM (I set everything to easy, with max starting budget).
2) Auto-book every week's matchups.
3) Simulate every show.
Once week 25 (Wrestlemania) concludes, the achievement should pop.

If you are having issues, while slow, you can use 4 Human AI and do the MyGM, insuring that your "opponents" put on bad matches and keep signing weak talent. Super easy but fairly tedious.
