To unlock this achievement, you will have to unlock the ability to choose Roman Reigns to join your faction in MyRise.
This will take place during the fourth act of MyRise's 'The Lock' story - 'Team Work Makes the Dream Work'. The first half of the act will consist of you talking to Superstars in the gym and on social media and competing in matches to try to convince them to join your faction. In order to get the chance to recruit Roman Reigns, you'll need to complete the requests of several other Superstars first. Completing their tasks don't mean they're in your faction, the missions just unlock them for you to choose them once you decide to talk to Tavish to progress the story. DON'T TALK TO TAVISH. If you talk to him and lock in your faction before unlocking Roman, the story will progress and you'll have to play through the story again to get to this part and try for the achievement again.
After you've completed enough of these challenges, it will bring up a DM exchange between your character and Paul Heyman. It'll lead to you having to beat The Usos in a 2v1 handicap match. Win the match and you will have unlocked Roman Reigns as a faction member choice AND this achievement.
Disclosure: I am unsure whether decision paths in the story leading up to this affect whether or not this exchange gets locked behind. During the playthrough where I unlocked this achievement, I chose all good guy (left turning) dialogue choices and I was still able to recruit Roman, however it did lock behind the chance to recruit Edge and Bobby Lashley. I am unsure if taking other paths affect this, but I can update this solution should this becomes more clear. Any or all feedback to this would be appreciated to help others out.

Wow, So i started looking at the guides as i got to the faction part, i spoke to Tavish but i never click yes to claim the XP and item rewards to progress with the story. So i forced quit the game. Doing that it will prevent u from having to restarting the whole story to do you method.

I had a problem where I got to the training centre then came across an infinite loading loop, so I restarted the Lock story. To get there as fast I only did the optional missions that had a fist icon and main story missions. This got me to the training centre, at the centre I needed to do lots of missions from dms and the social tabs but I eventually got an option to contact Paul Heyman. I think it might relate to a number of possible allies to unlock as I did not get Lashley or Edge yet (or some other high profile names, Rey, Beth etc). Hope this helps.
