This achievement is story related. This takes place in the fourth act of MyRise's 'The Lock' story - 'Teamwork Makes the Dream Work' To unlock the achievement, you just need to progress to the point where you'll get the ability to talk to other Superstars and start recruiting them to your faction. To do this, you can talk to them in the gym you're in or talk to them on social media and complete matches for them to convince them to join. The quickest way you can do this is to complete one of these requests and unlock the ability to recruit that Superstar (You will already have Hector Flores available to choose at the start). Once you do this, you can talk to Tavish, choose two Superstars to be in your faction and then progress the story, this will also unlock the achievement. Who you choose really doesn't affect anything in the story, other than who you fight with in future matches.

HOWEVER: Do note that there is a missable achievement in the section:

If you progress the story without convincing Roman Reigns to join your faction, you lose the chance to unlock the above achievement in this playthrough. Keep this in mind before you talk to Tavish.
