Put yourself in a rival, when ur looking at the shows match card click cn_RS then press cn_Xto remove the current action, then replace it. It done it on Summerslam.

This is quite easy but I will add to it as I more fully understand all the different ways/times you can do it. In the meantime, the following definitely works.

Start a Universe in Superstar Mode, and get through your first couple weeks until you get to your first PLE (formerly PPV): Backlash. When it shows your match (which should be in a rivalry already) at the bottom it will show the controls legend including RS: Rivalry Actions.

Click the RS to enter that menu. On your side should be a menu that reads "Outcomes", click that to bring up your Outcomes. These are basically like rewards you can earn by winning that match. Pick one, and the achievement will pop.
