This is quite easy but I will add to it as I more fully understand all the different ways/times you can do it. In the meantime, the following definitely works.
Start a Universe in Superstar Mode, and get through your first couple weeks until you get to your first PLE (formerly PPV): Backlash. When it shows your match (which should be in a rivalry already) at the bottom it will show the controls legend including RS: Rivalry Actions.
Click the RS to enter that menu. On your side should be a menu that reads "Outcomes", click that to bring up your Outcomes. These are basically like rewards you can earn by winning that match. Pick one, and you should pop "The Final Move" achievement. Now play the match and win, and this one will pop as well.
