Go into create a Superstar, and then you will see an option at the bottom of the screen to click the right stick to randomize your whole superstar, do that and you got this achievement

This achievement seems glitched with me I have tried no end of times I even looked at YouTube videos and tried multiple times and the achievement don't pop.

Followed didn't pop. So I saved that random superstar, then hit edit on the same superstar and used random on the edit and it worked.
