Easier quicker way, create a new universe classic. Go to Raw, the first week, announce cashin (bottom left), then play Raw, simulate all matches and select the winners, non of this matters. You can also edit the show to less matches but pointless. Simulate until last match, which is the cashin match and play as normal, wait a few seconds then you can select Damian Priest as 1p and then slap Seth for the belt. If you have mini game submissions changed, you can win within a few seconds. Achievement will pop on main raw screen after cutscene and continue.

This is all on the assumption you still have MITB assigned to someone and haven't changed anything throughout. If not, change the championships and select the MITB winner etc, then do above or select a superstar you wish to use in the match.

When playing Universe Mode in Classic, go into the calendar and skip to the Raw after the Money In The Bank PPV. If you take a look in the match card of that Raw, the main event should be the champion against the winner of MITB. Simply play that match as the MITB winner, and win the match to get the achievement.
