How to unlock the Gold Medal Sprinter achievement in WWE 2K24 - Definitive Guide

Easier than it sounds.
Move sliders for submission mini game in your favor (I also prefer the option to hold button instead of mashing. Maybe adjust all other sliders as needed). Then choose Roman Reigns and choose all weak opponents.
When the match starts, hold Right Trigger then press B to do a sort of guillotine choke hold. Once they submit, rinse and repeat until done all 29 opponents.
Takes about 20 or so minutes as you have to wait for every opponent to get to the ring.

Took me 25 minutes, sliders changed and mini games changed to hold instead of press; This option is on the first page of options > gameplay > allow held input for mini games

you can also edit the attributes of all superstars to 30 or create 30 weak CAWs but this would take time, also increase Reigns (or whoever you're using) to max attributes.

Done this twice now only changed the submission sliders and boosted Roman’s stats, for some reason it’s not unlocking also definitely on legend.
Any idea what may be wrong?

Make sure you select the correct gauntlet match. It’s the Gaunlet Turmoil Match

im also having a trouble getting a few achievements to unlock so maybe somethings up
update here: i reset everything back to default and was able to get the achievements that werent unlocking..so theres something up for sure when tweaking the sliders

Might be what it is. I’ve done 3 of the turmoils and no luck but other achievements have unlocked just fine with those sliders.

so i tried this 3 times, all with custom sliders. The third time i left match rules and participants as default and unlocked the achievement. Did it as Roman and spammed the RT and B guillotine choke.

This is easier than you would think.

If you want to do this the fastest do these things

1- Go into the options make sure its on LEGEND difficulty and lower the AI submission sliders for button pressing and raise the AI penalty slider for when they miss a button.

2- Raise the submission sliders in your favor for the player and reduce the slider for your penalty for missing

3- Turn down Sliders for AI reversals

4- Go to the gameplay section and turn the submission mini game to HOLD instead of TAP.

5- Select a Superstar with high submission (Kurt Angle, Roman Reigns, Ken Shamrock, ETC) I used Undertaker 09

6- This step is no necessary but can make it slightly easier. But before starting the match replace all high level superstars with easier ones. Example is Replace Roman Reigns with Eric Bishoff

7- Once the match starts hold R2+O to do a submission and hold the buttons that pop up.
