Freeze is a Payback on certain wrestlers. What you have to do is charge this ability like Signature moves. When fully charged mash RT+Y when being attacked to execute the Freeze. Your wrestler will fall to their knees and beg while the attacking wrestler just stands there. When the action is over, just smack the opposition and the achievement is yours.
