This and its companion achievement "An Awesome Decision" is missable in that both can't be unlocked in the same Undisputed story.
At the end of the "Monsters Among Men" story, you'll end up in a conversation with The Miz where he gives you the option of working together with him, or go to NXT. You have to choose to go to NXT, then finish the story arc to unlock the achievement

You don't need to finish the story arc. As soon as the opening cutscene for this choice plays, the achievement pops. You can then dashboard without closing the game, delete your save file locally. Reload it, and then do the other choice to get the other achievement. This saves you doing a second playthrough.
