Simply go to the proving grounds section of MyFaction and work through the first chapter of proving grounds. There will be 6 sections with various matches. The biggest tips I can recommend are

1.) Don’t do proving grounds until you have some decent cards. Completing the single player modes and showcase will help
provide ruby and sapphire cards that make it very easy.

2.) In the 5th section you’ll come across submission matches. Do not fret you can win by count out and it’s easy to cheese it by throwing the opponent up the ramp way and running back to the ring around the 6/7th count mark.

3.) Play on the lowest difficulty you do not need to play on legend to get the achievement and simply taunting for the crowd and opponent will help hit the in match criteria.
