Options > Gameplay > Advanced > Submission Mini-Game

Set attacker button press strength to 100, wrong press penalty to 0 for Player. Set attacker button strength to 0 and wrong press penalty to 100 for AI and the same for defender.

Make sure difficulty is set to Legendary, match type casket match against Undertaker(should work with any but I just chose normal Taker), then open casket from either side of the casket outside the ting, Irish whip opponent in from inside the ring, press RB to go on the apron and then LB to start the minigame and play the mini game without losing.
