Completed at a PPV, push RS on your rivalry and select the loser leaves town action before starting the match for your outcome. There is three levels.

Level 1 = 35 momentum
Level 2 = 50 momentum
Level 3 = 75 momentum

I did Level 3, can't confirm the other levels but I would assume Level 2 would work also by reading the description. 🤔

Pops after cutscene/continue and back on the match card screen.

I did Level 1, and got no pop. Does it really need to be a higher level? Or is my game bugged?

You need them to leave which is level 2 and above, level 1 is PLE only from memory. I'd have to load the game up and clarify.

I cant get it to pop. I tried all three levels and still nothing. Even tried another rivalry and it still didnt work. Are people doing it with the disc offline?

i noticed when i did it, it said 'austin theory is protected from this' when i did the loser leaves match. but it also didnt work even with me not seeing that and it said that the loser leaves,

I think it's working after the patch they released.
Before the patch, I tried multiple times and it wasn't unlocking.
Did a match today with a Level 1 Loser Leaves Town rivalry action and the achievement unlocked after it went back to the match screen.

okay so tihs makes 0 sense, but, i switched to classic mode - made it a loser leaves match for both sides on the rivalry options as on regular mode you can only make it apply to your own guy, simmed it, picked my guy, and it gave me the achievement. geeze. not sure why that worked but it did
