Pretty straight forward here guys , Just go into creations then down to sign & image , create a random sign I just made a quick HBK sign and saved it.
Then go back into creations>superstar>new custom superstar and I just selected one of the generic superstars they provide for me and then jump down to personal information and then down to crowd signs , apply your sign and the achievement should pop.
Tip - After the achievement pops and you wanna quickly delete/remove the quick sign or superstar you just created just go to options>extras>deletion utility
