Simply do a superstar in my universe, go to manage superstar and select/create a rivalry and set to very high.
Now when it comes to the weeks show and your match vs the rival, push your RS before starting and select a fitting action etc to spend your momentum and to also gain momentum.
When it comes to a PPV, do RS again at start match, but change it to continue the rivalry when you win. I got the achievement in 6 match's I think including the extend rivalry at PPV.
Pretty simple to get.
