How to unlock the Rise Through the Ranks achievement in WWE 2K24 - Definitive Guide

For this, go to MyFATION, go to Multi-Play, and select Ranked Play. Play 5 matches in this mode, it does not matter if you win or lose. After 5 matches you will be placed into a division and earn a place on the leaderboard. You have to play these 5 matches within one season, if you only play 4 and then the 5th in the next season it will not count. A season lasts roughly 70 days looking at the ranked play screen in game and you will earn the trophy at the first day of the next season (it doesn’t unlock immediately)

As GiveMeANameX mentioned you can switch server lobbies in the options menu if your struggling to find games on the the server your currently on.

I can’t even find a single game for this or the other multiplayer quick play next to it, anyone else? Left it searching for hours multiple times

I’ve managed the 5 placement matches took an age. I imagine switching lobbies to the US might be a shout as it’s more populated

Really wish games like this didn't have achievements forcing multiplayer.

Side note tho. I had to change the lobby to USA East - you can do that under online on main menu and selecting Nikita Lyons. Literally zero players in Australia.

No it’s got its own bit. Just Called Ranked. Matchmaking isn’t the best like most of the WWE games. You can try changing your region as mentioned above.

I pretty much did one on one last man standing match extreme rules match and then one on one so I guess it doesn’t matter which matches I do as long as I did five matches with five different players

if it says that then the match didn't count. just make sure you've completed 5 matches before the end of the season which is in a few days

I finally got a match around midnight using the USA East server in Sydney, Australia. Matched with the same guy 5 times, tried having a match as normal the first time and got cut off so I just gave up and got myself DQ'd 5 times to get placement

If 2K aren't going to put any effort into this mode, then I'm just going to cheese it and never touch it again

It says now attention, a problem has been detected and all prayers will have to leave the match. Your side plates will be refunded. I hope that means I completed it which means I have to wait until the season is over and wait for the trophy to pop up and I guess that’s when season two will start right away.

The most stupid trophy possible.
You need to play 5 matches during the season and after them get into the rating table and at the end of the season (currently 60 days after the start) receive a trophy.
In total, apparently, before the servers close, you will be able to get it 4 times if online is not renewed
