This is story related, and as such not missable - but if you're curious, you start off with the match at the TBD show, then do 2 matches at the try out. Your 4th match is on Raw as a guest "local talent" against Shotzi. This is followed immediately by a cut scene where you're offered a contract, and this achievement pops after that scene.
