This can be done in any Play Mode match type vs a CPU opponent. It will not pop in Showcase or Online. Select your wrestlers and enter the match.

Initiate the Trading Blows mini-game by holding X to strike your opponent while standing face-to-face with them (I recommend softening them up a bit before attempting this.). The CPU will then respond by throwing a strike of its own. The regular way to win this mini-game is by holding X and releasing inside the green zone of the circle, but this achievement needs you to hold X and release when it is in the gold Instant-Win zone of the circle. It may take 1 or 2 blows to bring up the Instant-Win zone, but once you see it, do as you have with the green zone but in the gold. It is much smaller but you can mess up a few times and still win with it. If you miss it and fail, get up and repeat the steps until you succeed. You get the achievement when you stop in the Instant-Win area and knock your opponent over.
