All you have to do, is keep pressing 
and 
at the enemy till the trophy pops. After 100 punches the trophy is yours.
Preykousis
Simply keep striking your opponent with 
and/or 
until the Achievement pops. Don't attempt any grapples during the match to also unlock "Slobberknocker" as seen above. Once you have hit 100 strikes and the Achievement has unlocked, execute a signature on the opponent and then pin them.
