You will earn this if your aiming for the Platinum. Finishers are special grabs which can be used after you have attacked the opponent and one of the three small bars (these bars are shown below your character's portrait) are filled. Then once they are filled grab the opponent by clicking

together. After you have done this 50 times you will earn the trophy. Though I wouldn't worry about this trophy as you should be able to get all 50 when you getting all the other trophies. Credit to ctz_mikey for this info.
Preykousis
You simply need to perform 50 finishers in total across the game for this Achievement. You perform a finisher by tapping or holding 
+ 
when the finisher bar is full, this bar is located to the left of your health bar.
Perform finishers on opponents when their health bar is flashing red to K.O. them, doing this 25 times will unlock the "Make Them Humble" Achievement above when winning the match via K.O.
