How to unlock the I HAVE THE POWER achievement in X-Force Genesis - Definitive Guide

There are 5 level to upgrade for the power, if you have already maximise the power of shots, save $4000 then try upgrade again (it will prompt it's already maximum but the achievement will be unlocked)

Hello, in my case I have tried to do what you explain, because I already had all the improvements and the achievement does not appear. I tried to reset everything and get it from scratch all 5 upgrades but still no achievement.
