Very easy to complete. Any mission in the campaign menu that is tucked slightly in from the left side is an optional mission so your first chance at this is the 2nd level in the game (the first new one you can choose.)
The level itself is quite easy, you might want to choose the air rockets upgrade at the start as there is a fair amount of flying type.
If you want to get this as quick as possible turn the difficulty down to easy, be aware though that if you're going for all gold trophies achievement you can't get a gold trophy on easy.
