X4: Foundations

You can get this achievement in the Smuggler's Paradise Gamestart. Fly towards the Aurora Station but turn left towards the accelerator that leads to Windfall III. You have to escape the enforcers before they manage to damage your hull to 50% and say that you learned your lesson. You should get the achievement once you arrive at Windfall III.
I guess you can also flee to Black Hole Sun IV but personally I never managed to dodge enough damage on this route.
