How to unlock the Almost Perfect achievement in Xbox Fitness - Definitive Guide
This achievement is really up to you and how you think you are best suited to pop it. For me, I went for it on a 10 minute session since there are only 10 or so drills in that session. As long as you get 5 stars on 8/10, you will unlock this achievement. I believe I used the 10 minute fat burner since it's a lot of simple motions that shouldn't tire you out too quickly.
However, if you have the endurance for it... you can also attempt a 60 minute session to give you more room for error as there are many more drills.
**EDIT** - I unlocked this on Rapid Results Fat Burner - Cardio Max, which was my first 5 star. It appears as if other workouts are glitched, so try this one. Will continue to update as info comes out.
**EDIT 2** - Realized I never mentioned before, but it was also a clean running... meaning I never paused or tinkered with the rewind function if I messed up. Just wanted that piece of info out there.

Hmm I did a 10-minute cardio kickboxing, got 16/18 drills at 5 stars, and no achievement. I'll keep at it

That one is iffy. Try the 10 minute far burner

Hey, there, not to take anything away from spankyNspronkle's solution (great guy, great solution), but I just managed to get this easily with another workout:
Gatorade Football Training Camp - Recovery featuring JJ Watt
The workout is 4 minutes long and there are only 4 drills in it. They're all stretching drills, so you can easily get 5 stars on them as long as your Kinect is picking you up (some portions of the drills have you very close to the ground). You just need to get 5 stars on at least 3 of the drills.
I'm actually not sure how long the workout will be available, but it can also help you get the following achievements very quickly:
(although I was encountering a bug where my challenge was considered completed before I completed it, thus making Aced unobtainable with this workout)

The Aced! achievement in Xbox Fitness worth 251 pointsComplete all session challenges for one workout.

This achievement refers to the stars you get as a rating during each drill you play, not the workout stars awarded at the end of a routine. To get this achievement you must get 5 stars in 75% of the drills in a session. The easiest workout to do this in would probably be Rapid Results Fat Burner - Cardio Max as this workout only features 10 drills, so getting 5 stars in 8 of them will net you this achievement. It may take a couple tries to learn the drills so you can mirror them perfectly, but you'll be playing routines often enough that this should come naturally.
