How to unlock the Fit-Ness Monster achievement in Xbox Fitness - Definitive Guide

***UPDATE 10/1/2014***
Dale Norris 25 informed me that the glitch is still working, so I tried what he said it and can confirm that it is still working on the Tracy Anderson Transform I Muscular Structure I workout. Math Guy 42 mentioned in the comments that Beachbody: Rockin' Body works as well.

Before trying to use this glitch you need to make sure that the first challenge which requires you to complete the workout two times is not already completed. If you have already completed this challenge, you need to find another workout with a similar challenge (other workouts have not been verified).

Once you have verified that you still have the challenge which requires two completed workouts, you need to make sure that you have completed one of the two workouts. For example, you have not played this workout before so you earn points in the workout by completing an exercise and then skipping to the end (I skipped to the cool down and completed the cool down as well). This registers a completed workout.

When you confirm that your challenge progress is 1/2 completed workouts follow these instructions:
1) Launch the workout
2) Skip the intro. This will begin the workout.
3) You cannot bring up the start menu for the first 10 seconds of the video. Once the 11 second mark hits you can press start. Quit the workout. This will earn you 2 stamps.
4) Launch the workout again and repeat the steps.

***UPDATE 2*** This glitch appears to be fixed. Please do not vote any more. I believe the best way to 50 stamp cards is by playing through as many workouts and challenges as you can. It may be boring doing workouts below your athletic level, or difficult above your level, but repeatedly playing the same workout in an attempt to get this will take a very long time.

***UPDATE*** UndeadRawckz found a very fast shortcut and I am putting it at the top, so if you are unfamiliar with this glitch, read over the guide and come back to this update.

New and Quicker Method: UndeadRawckz: "I just found a much quicker way of doing this; if you skip the second skip (So that the workout starts) then simply pause and quit (Press the leftmost button) before you score any points it will give you two Badges on your card. I just tested this several times and it worked, making the process extremely quick regardless of which workout it is done for. To reiterate, start any of the listed exercises, Press A to skip the warning message, then press A to skip the intro; pause the game and exit then load the exercise again and repeat."

This only works if you have not already completed the session challenges that require you to complete the workout. I expect this glitch will be fixed in a future update, so I hope you're able to take advantage of this before it's patched. Please comment on if this worked for you or not, and if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or improvements.

Original (slower) Instructions
1. Open Xbox Fitness.
2. Launch the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift High and Tight workout (if you have already completed the session challenge that requires you to complete the workout twice, you will need to find another workout that has a similar challenge such as Mossa: Power Workout 1).
3. When the workout begins, pause the game and skip to the end. Do not wait too long to skip to the end, and make sure you do not register any points. If you wait too long or score points this may make the challenge complete for good (as MathGuy42 mentioned in the comments, you will need to register points for your first workout so that your progress is at 1/2 when you begin the workout again, otherwise you will go from 0/2 to 1/2 then back to 0/2).
4. You should be awarded two stamps for this workout.
5. Start up the workout again and repeat.

You will need to complete your 50th Stamp Card for the achievement to unlock.

Workouts this can be done in:
Confirmed
Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift High and Tight - 2 stamps and takes about a minute (from launching the workout to launching the workout again).

I used Twobby's guide to help complete this guide. Let me know if any of this information is incorrect.

How I Came Across this Glitch
The challenge
Xbox FitnessThe Easiest Workout Was YesterdayThe The Easiest Workout Was Yesterday challenge in Xbox FitnessComplete 8 workouts in eight weeks.
began and I wanted to complete it quickly. I decided to use this Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift High and Tight workout because it was a workout I most likely would not do in the future, so I did not care if I got 0 FP for this workout. I skipped to the end of the workout and that is when I came across this glitch.

After I looked at the leaderboards on this site, I believe there was one other gamer who discovered this or something similar before me.

Thanks to everyone who has commented with their experience and helped improve this guide.

Due to the glitch, I went from 0/2 to 1/2, then back to 0/2. To get 1/2 to save, I had to earn a few points. Now I'm at 1/2, go to 2/2, and then back to 1/2 as in the video. I suggest those using this glitch make sure not to earn any points the second time, as this would probably cause the 2/2 progress to save.

The only issue I had was if you wait to long into the workout to skip forward it records it has a full workout and then you can not do the challenge anymore. On the bright side though, I did find this to work on other workouts as well. Currently doing the Mossa: Power Workout 1 and getting the same results

I don't if it would work but I don't want to mess up anything in my game but, maybe we could do it with the : Complete 3 workouts = It gives 3 stamps instead of 2 but would need confirmation

I also was able to get the 3 stamps with Insanity Pure Cardio (as I was already on that challenge it was a quick test), though Butt Lift seemed more efficient because jumping to the end of Butt Lift takes you to the last 2 seconds or so, and Pure Cardio has 30 to sit through.

I do want to note, my achievement did not pop when I hit the 50th card. I hit it with a 0 FP session, and the card hung, and when I skipped to clear it I saw that I was on 50 but I didn't get the achievement. This might just be one of those Xbox Fitness glitch issues, as I did have a few crashes along the way (like usual). But, in case anyone has this happen, I wanted to outline my fix.

To solve this, I continued to use the 0 FP Butt Lift method, until I was ready for my next go to get card #51. I went in to my Pure Cardio, scored points, and then jumped to the end (thereby forcing the challenge to clear and advance like normal). When that session ended I got my achievement.

I don't know if flipping to a new card is what got the game to reassess my card status, or if it was earning a stamp on a challenge from a session I had FP in. I decided to do both at once to play it safe.

Zorinth1, thanks for checking a 3 stamp workout. I'm currently working towards that challenge in Beachbody: Rockin' Body, which has a fairly short intro and outro. P90X Shoulders and Arms would be a good choice, but I've already completed that challenge.

The achievement description says complete the 50th card, not just reach it. So I think everyone will need to reach card 51.

Chunkeh Munkeh, thanks! I didn't realize Muscle Structure I was the free workout.

Thanks for clearing it up MathGuy. Thats why I messed up the rest of the workouts that would've worked. Well gotta try and find another. So you skip the first intro. And watch the second. Then once that is over you gotta skip between startup and first drill?

By MechaHertz on 06 May 2014 11:22
You can skip the text information screen. Do not use the yellow skip on the intro video. Pause as soon as you are allowed to pause (when the video starts to expand). Then skip to the end of the workout by selecting that option at the bottom.

I fucked up and completed some of the quickest workouts, but I'm currentl using 10 Minute Solution Belly Fat Burner and it's quick, probably a minute total each cycle. So feel free to change that from unconfirmed to confirmed!

Oh, and it's worth noting that Mathguy42 has done poorly on this workout on purpose. There are 2 challenges before the complete 3 sessions challenge. The 2nd one is to keep a max multiplier for 6 minutes. I would do the first 2 exercises to add on about 10 seconds, skip to exercise 11 (tick tock?) and quite often Mathguy's score would pop up as a challenge to beat. It's also another easy section to keep a max multiplier on, so people who still need the Beat 10 Friend Challenges can get that whilst working towards unlocking the session challenge.

I just found a much quicker way of doing this; if you skip the second skip (So that the workout starts) then simply pause and quit (Press the leftmost button) before you score any points it will give you two Badges on your card.

I just tested this several times and it worked, making the process extremely quick regardless of which workout it is done for.

@UndeadRawckz, thanks a bunch! I am doing this in the Mossa Power Workout 1 now, and you get a stamp card done very quickly. You can check in the top right each time to make sure you are getting stamps after you exit the workout. I would definitely add his tip in the solution, it will save people hours.

Currently on stamp card 27, will probably be done in an hour or 2.

I let it get to where it showed me in the top right corner and then exited. Did that 8 times, and then did the normal exit at the 34 second mark so as not to close out the challenge.

I can confirm that UndeadRawckz method works for Beachbody: Rockin' Body and gives 3 stamps. So that only needs 6 reloads per level.

However, you need to do several drills to get through the challenges before reaching the "Complete 3 workouts" challenge. I'd estimate at least 2.5 hours of exercising, so I don't think using this will save any overall time. But it does cut down on the boredom of pushing buttons.

P90X Shoulders and Arms only has "Exercise for 80 minutes" before getting to a "Complete 3 workouts" challenge. You do need to be scoring for 80 minutes. I couldn't go this route since I already finished the challenge.

I've deleted one of my comments about the 2nd skip (before UndeadRawckz method), so as not to confuse later readers.

By MathGuy42 on 08 May 2014 16:00
Yes, UndeadRawkz method still works, as far as I can tell. Once you reach 50, you just keep cycling through the Level 50 stamp card. I'm adding stamps to the card and the challenge is not being completed.

I discovered it by accident; I was watching netflix while going for the achievement doing the previous method and I kept skipping the second part since I was distracted, so I quit out and went back in so that I didn't break the glitch, I soon realised that I was gaining badges that I hadn't unlocked, and then after some testing I saw that you could speed this Achievement up quite a lot without skipping forward and waiting for all the results to go away.

I'd say around 2 - 2:20 hours in total to get from 0 to 51.

UndeadRawckz's new method (skipping twice, then Quit instead of Skip to End) is working for me on Brazilian Butt Lift. So I take back what I said about not doing the 2nd skip, as long as you are aware that there is a chance the challenge will be permanently completed if you don't act fast enough.

By MathGuy42 on 06 May 2014 22:50
It's not too strict, I haven't really tested how much leeway you have, but you can definitely start scoring points before you quit. My assumption would be that it doesn't matter how long it takes you to quit? Considering you get 0 points anyway because you quit? It's getting late right now, so i'll have to test this in the morning.

I did power mossa fighting 1 for the glitch, i think you can use ANY workout. I had to exercise first in order to unlock the challenge for completing the workout.

With two stamps at a time i did it within two hours from 1 to 51.

I've been considering whether to start Xbox Fitness on my tag since this achievement sounded like a pain in the ass, but this solution is awesome! Just to reiterate what needs to be done (since I have yet to start Xbox Fitness):

1. I need to do a workout 1-2 times to get 1/2 or 2/3 "complete X workouts" after unlocking that challenge
2. Once that is done, load it up and skip the warning and intro.
3. When the workout begins, press pause and exit the work out.
4. Load up the workout again and repeat step 3.

Is that correct?

I just completed this over a few sessions. Glad I didn't need to do this all at once. Originally, I didn't have any workouts left to be completed for stamps. I had to delete my local save and cloud save and start fresh. No big deal really. If anyone else is in my situation, please note that you must delete the data within the game options and not from the xbox dash to get a clean start. Deleting the cloud data from the dash didn't work.

By Cobra Sin on 12 May 2014 00:18
Also something to note, when you delete your cloud data all your stats remain in the achievements, for example, if you had 500,000fp then resetted your stats you would have 500,000 towards the achievement but 0 in the game.

because he uses the old method and it isnt actually that helpful if you are just starting..

I hadn't played this game before and the single biggest help was the comments section notably:
'Mike, are you using Quit on the far left or Skip to the End, 2nd from the far right? You should be using Quit to do the newest, fastest method.' by MathGuy42.
and
Argh sh*t. Yer silly B*****d. Yer im skippin (like the video) sweet cheers' by Mike United 007
Simply put;

1) complete one session of 'brazillian butt lift' (or others listed) hint: you can start and skip to the end using the start menu.
2) reload the same workout and keep skipping and as soon as the video/workout starts hit pause and exit the exercise using the 'exit button' on the far left.
3) rinse and repeat for about 2 hours, you will know you are doing it right as you rank will automatically go up (top right hand corner) as you keep quitting out and restarting.

It really is that simple. Is still upvoted, I just thought the video added nothing.

Perhaps creating a new video would be a good solution. You can quickly bring up your stamp card by hitting the Menu button at the Main Menu. You could show your current stamp card, do the new faster method, then bring up the stamp card again. Even though you're on Level 50, the viewer will see two stamps added. You might want to note that bringing up the stamp card isn't necessary, but shows that the method is working.

I do not think Xbox Fitness is great; it is mediocre at best in my eyes. Xbox Fitness crashes almost every time I complete a workout and I'm not wasting my time doing workouts I'm not interested in. This site is centered around unlocking achievements. You don't have to agree with it but do not call anyone lazy. If someone wants to only do a few specific workouts over and over again instead of all of the workouts in the game then they would not get many stamps (maybe one per workout, if even that). There is no benefit in letting the achievement remain locked. This way people can avoid all of the workouts they do not want to waste their time doing. I wasted enough time in workouts that did nothing for me just to get these stamps.

In case people still don't get it here's what i did and it will work.

1. Pick a workout that has a challenge to complete it a certain amount of times (i chose mossa power workout 1). Make sure you haven't completed this challenge already too.

2. Skip to the end of the workout and you should receive the challenge to play it once.

3. Load up the workout and when the skip option appears accept it. it should appear twice.

4. As soon as the workout loads exit the workout by pressing start and navigating to the button on the far left.

5. You will receive 2 stamps each time for about 30 seconds work. Just rinse and repeat.

It still works as of May 25th!

It would really help to mention that in the quit out pattern you are taken directly back to the workout select screen without any summary. I spent an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong only to realize it actually was working. Once I looked at my stamp card it was adding stamps. Doh!

Good solution. I generally like the workouts I do on this but they are so unrewarding when it comes to stamps. You only seem to get stamps from doing workouts for the first time. Which sucks. So don't feel bad using this method at all. Kudos.

I think there is a update or something, because now you don't get the 2nd skip option. I tried the glitch, and it didn't work. Luckily I already did the achievements last week. Can someone else confirm this is not working anymore?

The second skip no longer shows up. You still get stamps, but it takes 20 seconds longer to do the glitch.

Nevermind. It still works and i get the first skip only after i score points in 1 workout. Then it works fine. However i can't score points in any other workout. So we will see how this goes.

I too tried today and considering the graphics for the workout selections has been updated, it seems a major overhaul was put into place. Well I'm at card #41 so I guess its time to get my ass in shape the rest of the way. The glitch is over, sorry fat people.

The glitch is back! I can confirm that Beachbody: Rockin' Body also works. It takes a few workouts to get to the "complete 3 workouts" mission, but once you're there and have completed 2 workouts towards the mission, you can use UndeadRawckz's method. You'll gain 3 stamps each time. There isn't a 2nd skip anymore, so it's slightly slower than before, but still a lot quicker than getting to Level 50 legit.

I imagine any of the workouts will work again. A few days ago there was another update to Xbox Fitness which presumably brought back the glitch.

By hunterIV on 10 Oct 2014 03:21
I'm assuming there's no way to reset the challenges? I wasn't paying attention and let the video go a little too long on Transform 1 and its permanently unlocked as well. The Brazilian one works but its way slower.

Deleting your save, both on console and in the cloud, might reset your challenges. However, it would likely reset your card progress as well. Only delete the save if you are willing to face the possible consequence of starting from scratch.

There is a long list of workouts above that should work. They were all scratched out since the glitch went away for awhile, but they should all work again.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I've noticed that a lot of them only yield one stamp now. I'll check out the others when I get home. I'd like to find one that yields 3 stamps.

By RVM on 10 Oct 2014 21:14
There aren't any that immediately yield 3 stamps, unless it's a newer workout. I used Rockin' Body due to the short intro and 3 stamps, but I had to do a few workouts first to get to that challenge.

Beachbody Insanity Cardio isn't too terrible, it takes 25 seconds into the intro. Not as good as the 11 second Transform 1, but not a bad alternative if you can't do Transform.

If you go to Library and scroll far enough to the right, you should see workouts sorted by the group or trainer involved (Beachbody, Tracy Anderson, Jillian Michaels, etc.). There should be a section for Beachbody. Rockin' Body will show up in that section, along with P90X and Insanity.

Today I noticed that Gatorade Football Recovery has a beginning challenge which gives 4 stamps at the end of 9 workouts. You'd have to play the workout long enough for the first 8 times to stick, then use the method described in the solution. The only down side is that the intro is 34 seconds long. I haven't tested it, but this could be the best workout yet.

Still works for me. When you Quit Workout (far left choice), you won't see stamps added to your card. But you can check that they have been added by looking at your card at the Main Menu before and after the workout. Go to the upper right corner where you see your current level and press A; that will take you to your card.

You may be missing a step, it is working.

1) Make sure you have a workout that awards stamps for simply completing them.
2) Make sure you only need 1 more to unlock the stamp reward.
3) Start the workout and as soon as you can pause it, do so.
4) Chose to QUIT and CONTINUE
5) Repeat

The guide should be a bit more clear that you need to precisely exit at 11 seconds (or the spcific time for some workouts). I was trying to boost this with the one mentioned but didnt realize if you get too far along into the workout, it counts (for me it was about 30 seconds i waited) and it counts, knocking out that challenge.

The JJ Watt one was really good, but unfortunately I already used for another boost, so it was not available. Can any one that does this post good ones now that work, and at what specific time you need to quit out.

The second level of MOSSA Fight Workout 1 has one that will award two stamps for completing 3 workouts.

I don't know specific times. But after the initial skip, you can keep hitting cn_start until you are allowed to Pause. There is a visual change at this point and you can note the time, so you'll know for future reference.

Any of the workouts in the original solution should work, even though most of them are struck through. Unfortunately, JJ Watt is the only 4 stamp I know. Also, all the 3 stamp require you to complete some other challenges before you get to the "complete X workouts" challenge, AFAIK.

The glitch method is still working for me. As of today (1/9/17) I've just done the "Complete 9 workouts" challenge on the JJ Watt recovery workout. Just get it to 8/9 completed and quit after the 30 second intro every time after that. This gives you 4 stamps each time

This achievement is going to take a long time commitment. To get it you have to earn stamps to fill out the game's loyalty cards. This achievement will pop when you've filled out your 50th loyalty card. A little perspective by the 5th loyalty card it takes over ten stamps per card, so expect a long haul to get to the 50th.

You get stamps in three ways:

Session Challenges
Session Challenges are represented by the purple bars in the workout summary. These challenges are a predetermined list unique to each workout. There are three tracks of session challenges with four total challenges in each track. Some challenges are designed to take multiple workouts to complete, and some can be much harder than others. These challenges can also be worth more than one stamp at a time. When in the game look at the right of the purple bar, there will be a little circle with a number in it. That will indicate how many stamps you get for completing that specific session challenge. The challenges worth more stamps are usually further down the track, so you won't get them until your second or third time through that workout.

For these challenges I recommend picking a workout and completing it multiple times in a week. You will get better at completing the specific exercises and find these challenges easier to complete.

Community Challenges
Community challenges are represented by a yellow bar that will pop-up on the bottom right of your screen when you work out. These challenges are against either your previous score on this exercise, a person on your friends list who completed this exercise, or the average of the scores in the gender\age group you fall into.

If you beat the target you get a counter added to your community challenge counter at the end of the workout. These count across all workouts, and once you've completed ten community challenges you will get one stamp. You'll find you get between 1-10 challenges per workout depending on how long of a workout you have elected to do.

Xbox One Challenges
Xbox One Challenges refer to the new challenge system introduced with the release of the One. They can be found in the achievements app on the first page, click the ellipses to expand the view if you don't see Xbox Fitness challenges on the first page. They can also be found listed here Xbox Fitness Challenges.

These challenges when completed gift the player with loyalty card stamps. You get a surprisingly large number per challenge so I highly recommend giving these a shot. A note here, you won't see the rewarded stamps until after you complete your next workout. So don't panic if you don't see the stamps right away, you should see them at the completion of your next session.

Good Luck, and Dig Deeper! :)

I can confirm that there is a bug in the system that some users are hitting. You may need to fill out card 51 or possibly higher to get the achievement. It appears that occasionally users were filling out cards that didn't count. You can track your progress in the achievement app, it will list your percentage progress. I was 2% off after filling out the 50th card, so I luckily only needed one more card.
