How to unlock the Home Fitness Improvements achievement in Xbox Fitness - Definitive Guide

I did this legitimately, but an easy work around is to start up a 10 minute session and participate in a few drills to get a single star. After that, just walk away and let the session finish. Come back and redo the same workout and actually do all of the drills. You will easily beat your previous score and set a new "session best"

The easiest way to get this achievement is by completing any session you haven't already done, and do as badly as possible. Then, redo the session, but this time try and do better. If done right you will unlock the achievement. smile

This achievement is obtained by beating a drill challenge (yellow-bannered challenge on the bottom of the screen) against one of your own best scores. This achievement will almost unavoidably come naturally because you'll learn routines and get better at them as you replay them. Theoretically, this is best to be gotten when you first start off the game. During your first workout, only gain a couple of Fitness points then pause and skip to the end of the workout. After exiting your small score will be saved. Retry the workout, and this time actually try and when you have completed the workout with a higher score, the achievement will unlock.
