As the description says, complete a mission using three or more sparks.
After completing the tower mission you will automatically gain a spark unit. You can build additional spark units in the proving grounds afterwards. Build two more, take all three on a mission and complete it.

You will receive a SPARK unit automatically after completing the Lost Towers mission (see A Torch Passed) but you can purchase more from the Proving Ground. Once you have enough, simply complete any mission with at least three SPARK units on your squad to obtain this trophy.
