How to unlock the Can't Stop the Fighting achievement in XCOM 2 - Definitive Guide
Pertinent abilities for Mox include:
- Maurader (squaddie) - shots from the bullpup don't end Mox's turn
- Justice (squaddie) - grapple pull an enemy + attack
- Total Combat (corporal) - throwing a grenade doesn't end Mox's turn
- Wrath (sergeant) - grapple to an enemy + attack
- Whiplash (lieutenant) - take a free attack
Other ways to help include:
- Level 1 bond - a squadmate can give Mox an extra action
- Level 3 bond - a squadmate can give Mox two extra actions
- Inspire - a PSI squadmate can give Mox an extra action
- Expanded magazine
- Auto-loader
- Hair trigger
As you can see, there are many ways to go about it, and you can get most of them pretty early.
Only comment would be that Expanded magazine isn't that helpful, since if you only have one bullet left in the clip you are going to use an action reloading. As long as you reload on the previous turn, then you aren't going to need more than 3 bullets to get this :)
I got this when some Berserkers appeared in a Retaliation mission. I had Mox grapple up onto a roof above a Berserker, and had him just shoot at the beast twice. Then I used his bondmate to grant him an extra action.
MISSABLE
The Skirmisher has a few upgrades available when you level him up, such as throwing a Free Grenade but what you really need is to form a bond with him and another soldier so you can use the Buddy ability that gives an extra turn. Have a Skirmisher form a bond with someone, then find a strong enemy and don't move on that turn. Use your 'Justice Ability' (has to be on a humanoid enemy for it to work) to score the first attack, then throw your Free Grenade and use his buddy to give him an extra turn. If all 3 attacks successfully land on the same enemy, you will unlock the trophy. You might also want to increase the difficulty to legend so you don't kill the enemy too fast before your 3rd turn.
