XCOM 2

Looking to boost this with someone, can't seem to find a match. I've got none of the DLC. Also have an LFG post up for this achievement. GT: WakelessBeef

I have boxed version of XCOM2 without any DLCs (as far as I can see) and there is literally ZERO players that I can join or can join me. Is this game already dead? I made a 10.000 team and a approx 3.000 team and none of them are working for matchmaking...

For anyone that was struggling to even connect in a private or custom match, Loxim and I changed our squads to all Advent troopers and it worked the first time. Anyone having trouble, it is worth a shot. Happy hunting!

Damn! I need to try this one today. I can't remember a game that was as hard to go multiplayer as XCOM2...

I created a custom game - “invite and friends”, default settings of no limit. Created a squad of 6 advent troopers and set as ready by pressing X. The other player went to their friends list, and joined with an identical squad. Pressed Y to start and the achievement unlocked shortly after loading in.

I had no luck searching with all DLC uninstalled. Anyone willing to help out would be appreciated.

Like Faustus PHD just said, we both were trying to connect for over an hour with no luck. We tried hard resetting, uninstalling dlc, and still couldn't connect. After we made our squad with only Advent troopers for all six spots, we queued for a ranked match and instantly got paired up. Hope this helps!!

Just a note, since we just accomplished this, even though it states it make sure ALL cosmetic packs are uninstalled if needed. Not just Hunters, Shen or WoTC.

I can't seem to connect to another opponent whether it be a friend or not. It gives my friend and I an error message saying we have different content, but we both have just resistance warrior pack. Ranked, unranked,can't find a match using either option.

Same - I've sat for 20mins three times at different times of day (I'm on Australian Eastern Standard Time) with no luck.

MP only works if you and the opponent have the exact same DLC installed. I found it's easier to find randoms with no DLC, not even the resistance warriors pack.

I can't seem to connect with anyone to finish this achievement. I have all dlc and am in North America (if regional).

The message I get (sometimes) is "Network connection interrupted". I have checked my MP connection and everything is fine. I wonder if this due to content or regional issues.

I also noted that sometimes the items in the utilities slot (ammo type etc.) have a 'zero' cost which only adjusts to actual cost on a reset - and this can cause an overage in the 10k limit. I know my squad is less than 10k so I am at a loss on this one.

Anybody with the same content and within the same region please PM to boost this achievement.
