This should be your Second DLC Mission.. I got it on the 15th of the 2nd Month. YOU do NOT have to Select the DLC Mission this Time, you will get this Mission Automatically IF you have chosen the Slingshot DLC at the End of the 1st Month.
This Mission is just like a Regular Bomb Disarm Mission, but instead of Disarming Bombs you have to Plant Several Transponder inside a Train.
After you have placed all the Transponders simply get one of your Soldiers to the Mission Marker ( Driving Room) to End the Mission.
Make sure you Complete this Mission with at least 4 Turns left for

This mission can be buggy so make sure you make a save prior to accepting the council mission. No matter how many times I reloaded my in-mission saves nothing would happen when I reached the final marker. Only a pre-mission save resolved it.
