After you completing any match, at the end screen with the best players highlighted , chose any player and push “X” to thumb up 👍🏻. I’m not sure, but you can chose only one per match. As soon as you’ll thumb up 20 of players, you’ll get the trophy. Even faster if other players will send thumbs up to you.

At the end of every match , the stats of your team will be displayed. You have the option to give a thumbs up to any player but you , by selecting who you want and pressing A. You can do this 1 time per match. If you receive a vote you gain progress towards this as well. If you're playing in a party with your friends you can also combine votes until everyone gets the achievement
