Access hidden menus, on main menu, highlight options and enter the following:
Cheat Menu: LT+Left+Y+Start
You can turn on all infinite options but what I did was turn on infinite grenades. You can throw them with RT and they explode on contact. They deal TONS of damage to a boss on hit. I personally did this on the Cthulu boss but I imagine the other bosses would be pretty easy with grenade spam.

You should maybe mention that this has to be done in arcade mode, boss rush mode won't count...

It counted for me in Boss Rush mode
