This is a hard achievement. Must be completed in Hard, without using any continues. But..... If you enter the backer menu and enable a backer and complete the final level, with cheats enabled, it's easy as pie.
Access hidden menus, on main menu, highlight options and enter the following:
Cheat Menu: L+Left+Y+Start
Backer Menu: L+Right+Y+Start
Within Backer Menu select Backer 7 "Jacqui" and select Backer Area as "The HQ"
Within Cheats Menu turn on Infinite Health, Infinite Ammo, Infinite Grenades, and select the starting area as "The HQ".
Run through the level, and fight the boss. If you get to the boss and die instantly, you got the bad ending.

how do you get to the good ending? i beat game twice and couldnt fight boss?
