How to unlock the Eye of the Dragon and Tiger achievement in Yakuza 0 - Definitive Guide

You can get parts by going to The Dragon & Tiger Sotenbori shop on Sotenbori Street East and send agents for equipment searches. you can check the parts you already have by going to Inventory and press RB. different regions will have different parts and the more you invest money the higher chance you will have to obtain the items. although If there are many parts within that region and you invest enough money to raise your luck to 99 for those items. It would be harder to get one specific item you need from that list. so If you're having too much trouble getting one item, investing money and raise the chances to 50 works better sometimes. also do not forget to press RB on agents and see the full list of parts they're offering.

Note: save right before you're going to the lady to see the search results. you can reload the save and have different results each time until you get the part you need.

For anyone inevitably grinding the weapons/clothes too: I found using the North Pole to be the fastest method. you’re essentially guaranteed plans/parts when sending out agents there. The only downside is the huge cost for instant (~600m). There are certain areas (north pole included) that dont spawn everytime you enter the menu btw. You can “reset” the pool by sending an 0:00 time agent or re-entering the shop. The former is faster

Overall after parts/weapons/equipment i spent roughly 45 billion

A list of all parts in the order they are found in the inventory. And yes, you can view the found parts in it by switching to them with the button . I divided the rulers for easier tracking of missed items:

Find the part in the list that you have a question mark on, then find on the map the area and the agent with the help of which the part is obtained. Pour money into the agent until the chance of obtaining the part is equal to 99. Wait for the result. If it doesn't work, try again.
To see what an agent can produce, when selecting it, switch the list of parts it produces using the buttons or . Parts are listed in the same order as they are in your inventory and in the list above. Those. if you are looking for, for example, Pearl, then find the list of stones (Amber, Fluorite, Tourmaline, Crystal, Emerald) and see if after Emerald there is the pearl you need.

Just send agents to search for equipment. If you want to finish everything quickly, at least 50,000,000,000 yen will come in handy. Just go with each agent through all the territories, through all the locations in them. Please note that each territory has a hidden location that appears randomly on the list.
