How to unlock the Rich Taste achievement in Yakuza 0 - Definitive Guide
This is a missable achievement during chapter 2.
During the main storyline in Chapter 2, after you see the cutscene of the last remaining tenant of the building be bought out by Oda. After that scene plays out you'll ask a homeless man outside how Tachibana hires homeless associates to deface properties. After that, the man you're talking tells you to go to Public Park 3 to find more info. Once you arrive there 5 homeless people will be gathered around a barrel fire and they'll ask you to get a certain drink of their choice. Their choices are Beer (Malt's), Sweet Potato Shochu, Scotch Whisky, Sake and Champagne. What the achievement is asking for is for a ¥20,000 champagne for the person who wants champagne. (Note since certain achievements are bugged for some people make sure to make a new save game before you give the champagne to the homeless person just incase this happens to you.) You can obtain the gold champagne bottle from Don Quijote. Go there and buy the Champagne Gold for ¥20,000 and then hand it to him. Do not buy the regular champagne only buy the gold version. Once you give the homeless man his champagne the achievement should unlock.
Here's a guide for where to find the rest of the alcohol you'll need to continue the chapter.
Beer (Malt's): Poppo Tenkaichi St.
Sweet Potato Shochu: Poppo Tenkaichi St.
Scotch Whisky: Poppo Showa St.
Sake: M Store Kamurocho
Champagne: Don Quijote Kamurocho

At what point? I am afraid that I might not find this as the main storyline is so good

You'll reach a point where 5 homeless people will be gathered around a barrel fire and want you to give them certain alcohol to get info about Tachibana real estate. One of them wants champagne. Go to Don Quijote on Showa Street and make sure to buy the 20,000 champagne gold.

This trophy is missable.
In chapter 2, you will be tasked with going to shops to buy the right types of alcohol for 5 homeless men. For the one who wants champagne, buy him the ¥20,000 gold bottle instead of the cheaper one from Don Quixote. That's all there is to it!
