This is a missable achievement during chapter 12.

In Chapter 12, there's a sequence inside the Benten Inn where you fight your way through hordes of Nikkyo Consortium thugs. The safe related to this achievement is found towards the end of the sequence, next to the second set of stairs, just after you fight the enemy dual-wielding the fans. Before climbing the stairs, go to the room just to the right and you'll find two white safes in the back left corner. It will look like this:
Keep hitting the safe until it breaks open (the Breaker battle style is the fastest at doing this). When the safe has been destroyed, you will receive a large amount of money, along with this achievement.

Broke the strongboxes by picking up and throwing them. Didn't got the achievement

Do you have instant on as your power option for your xbox? If so that may be causing the problem since lots of people have on TA have been saying making your power option energy saving has fixed a lot of achievement issues with this game.

In chapter 12 as Majima, you go to the Nikkyo Consortium building. There is a set of stairs going up towards the end that has a couple of white safes under it. Just don't go up any stairs until you look under. You can smash them with your attacks. I found it easiest to hit them with the breaker abilities, tap square and then triangle to start spinning on the floor. Once you break one, the trophy pops.
