There are six masters in the game (3 for Kiryu and 3 for Majima) which you will encounter as you progress through the story, after which they will appear on your map represented as a player Icon. Each master has 5 different training missions, but this is only available once you have gained enough abilities in that particular battle style.

Kiryu's Ability Masters
Bacchus Brawler Bacchus's Training (#89) Tenkaichi Alley
Kamoji Rush Kamoji's Training (#90) Shichifuku Parking Lot
Miss Tatsu Beast Miss Tatsu's Training (#91) Tokyo Pier

Majima's Ability Masters
Komeki Thug Sparring with Komeki (#95) Ashitaba Park
Fei Hu Slugger Fei Hu's Training (#96) The Dragon & Tiger Sotenbori
Areshi Breaker Areshi's Training (#97) Shofukucho West

There is a bug in the game where if you leave the game on then turn off your console while its on instant-on mode then the game will glitch and not give you achievements.

Didn't work for me either. Must be due to the bug.

This achievement hasn't unlocked for me either and it isn't the bug imho, force of habit but I never finish gaming without starting and quitting the app and I don't use the power settings that cause the bug either. I think there's something missing in the achievement description, maybe you have to learn a move from each because only three of the first missions actually unlock a move

Yeah, I think you actually have to progress each one to the point you unlock a new move from each.

Nailed it. Might be worth updating the solution. You have to have it show 1/5 against each trainer in the completion list. Some trainers you learn moves in the first training, some dates the second or third mission. Effectively once you learn a move you're good with that trainer

Like Deeeco mentioned, you need to actually learn at least one move with each of the 6 masters. Simply completing those 6 stories is not enough. You can actually do it in the end game when you are given the option to switch characters.

For Miss Tatsu you want to focus on red money boxes as they will have a lot of money in them. Once you do all those then go after the regular boxes that have the most money in them. Also when the dummies are shooting or about to shoot you can block them with the box your holding to make things easier.

If anyone didn’t know, there is a location that is only accessible via taxi. This is the port where you can take lessons from Miss Tatsu.

6 trainers, 3 trainers per character. 5 workouts each. It is enough to complete one at a time.
Masters are revealed gradually as the story completes. Miss Tatsu (Kiryu, the girl on the pier) has to go through training to get money before going through the training. It's paid. You need to go through all the new available trainings in order for it to give you a job and you can get a skill for it.
Kiryu's light style trainer also demands money. In his training, you cannot hit your opponent. Just dodge. It’s better to keep your distance and forget about the strike buttons for a while.
