This achievement is almost impossible to miss, as this game is very generous with bonuses. I personally got this during the first fight that had more than like two enemies. To make this even quicker, you get more bonuses whenever you use an item on someone (particularly large items like tables or chairs), so get a good basic combo (a couple quick punches with X and then a strong with Y) on someone, then pick up an item and beat them with it, you should get this in no time.
