This is a missable achievement during chapter 13.

During Chapter 13, you'll have a highway shootout in a vehicle. The yakuza who you need to shoot for this achievement comes at about halfway through the sequence. He's easily distinguishable from the other yakuza since he's wearing a white suit and has an afro. Make sure you have some of Kiryu's Heat Eye available as he can be tricky to hit otherwise. This ability recharges over time. When you see him get close, hold LB to activate it and slow down the action. He doesn't take many shots to go down, just make sure he doesn't escape. thumbs up for the solution, but I think you mean LB rather than L1? Also, just as a warning, be prepared for ~45min of cinematics + highway shootout + cinematics + combat + cinematics. I told myself: "I do this before go to bed" expecting this to be the end of the chaprter (which it's) and oh boy was I tired by the end of all this :)

Tbh I'm so used to playing on PS4 controls from when I played on PS4 and on PC twice (on steam and the windows 10 version). Also, this guide is from a PlayStation site so I kind of forgot to change that fact since I just wanted to get all the guides that I could up for people who wanted to get all missable achievements. Also always expect lengthy parts in Yakuza games. So far I've played from 0 all the way to just beating 3 right now and I kind of expect them at this point.

This trophy is missable.
In chapter 13 you are involved in a chase on the highway where you aim with a gun at people driving cars and motorcycles. Halfway through a motorcycle goes by that has a guy with a huge afro on it. It drives away quickly, so use the L1 ability to slow down time to get him. If you screw up, you will have to reload and do the whole thing over again.
