How to unlock the Nostalgic for the 80s achievement in Yakuza 0 - Definitive Guide

Select New Game (any difficulty) & as soon as you are able to control the character for the 1st time, the achievement pops.

Skip the 1st 3 cutscenes if you want to get there faster.

This Achievement is very glitchy, I have started a new game at least 5 times and it still doesn't pop. I would say preserve but hopefully a Patch comes to fix it soon.

I’ve got it today , this achievement won’t pop on the screen. But when i manually check my recent achievements It’s unlock

Same with other achievements , they don’t seems to appear on screen

You get this the first time you are given control of the game, after the introductory cut-scenes.
