How to unlock the Who Ya Gonna Call? achievement in Yakuza 0 - Definitive Guide

You have to buy and bring booze to some homeless guys during chapter two. They stand around a burning barrel and between them and the phone booth is a bench. Check out the glowing blue light under it. There's a telephone card. That one is hard to miss and you don't need to get out of your way to find it.

I'd picked up several cards and this card before I got to this point and the achievement hasn't unlocked for me. Anyone else had a problem?

Yes. Multiple achievements seem to be bugged. Check the racy video achievement comments for more.

Before the homeless guys in the park, I found one in the middle of the Kamuro Shopping Area, just sitting on a table. Very hard to miss if you are just running through the place.

During Chapter 2, you can find telephone cards inside the bars. I found one at Champions District, in a place called East Gardens. Is a bar that will be marked on the map as an orange little rectangle. When you get in, just look to your left on the floor in front of the fridge.

45 cards each in two locations Kamurocho and Sotenbory. The numbers come with letters in ascending order, from 1 to 45. (123-ABC, 456-ABC, 789-ABC, etc.) I wrote a table and crossed them out as I found them, so as not to get confused. And as written in the tip above, a device like Card Watcher wouldn’t hurt. Purchased for CP (Completion Points) at the Temple. Makes sounds if the card is nearby.

To make it easier to find cards, you can take an amulet from the Clown in the Temple, which will make a sound when approaching the card.

Most cards are available from the very beginning of the game, but some of them are locked in places that will become accessible later:
Chapter 5: Kitagawa Erika Type A (after Real Estate Royale starts)
Chapter 10: Okazaki Emiri Type B, Aiba Reika Type B, Otoha Nanashi Type B (After you gain access to Little Asia and the park)
Chapter 11: Uehara Ai Type C (After you gain access to the arena)
To assemble a collection of three cards of the same model (A, B, C), you need to collect them in order. Card B will not appear until you take card A, respectively, card C only after taking card B. On the Pink Alley street, there is a guy in yellow (a collector of these very cards) who buys 5,000,000 yen for a series of each type of ABC.

The game has a very strange card collection system. You can collect 35 cards in any order, but the last 10 must be collected in a specific order. So if the map doesn’t help, it’s better to watch this video for clarity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWHB2QXcOuI&t=7s
