Be careful because this achievement may be missed if you use the wrong girl early. You can also only do this after you have unlocked most all the clothing options for the hostess minigame. The first girl you can get this achievement with is Kirei. East end of Ryukyu Boulevard, north side of the street you will find Kirei. Jo is the second girl and is found in Aqua Sky. Try and save one of these two girls for last because they are needed for the achievement and if both are used up you might need to restart the hostess minigame in a new game. When you reach the end of unlocking clothing, or if you unlock the clothing options below, use the handy chart made by CyricZ to complete this achievement.

You can get this even if you do not have the right glasses I just used the frammed ones since they were the only ones I had unlocked.

Here is what work for me. I was able to get it with Jo, she was my first Hostess after a substory, on the first try.

Location of Hostesses:
-M Store Hatsumachi - Ritsuko
-Smile Burger Ryukyu - Shoko
-Aqua Sky - Jo
-Second Floor of the Public Market - Hiromi
-East end of Ryukyu Boulevard, across street from M Store Ryukyu Boulevard- Kirie

At first you will only have basic training so you will have to alternate between Looks 101, Trivia Drills, Talking Tips, & Free Time to build up your Hostess Looks, Smarts, & Charisma. Ultimately she will need to be S class for all three categories. As you progress you will unlock advanced training Lecture, Relax, Encourage.

You need will need to manage Motivation & Stress level until you unlock Dress Up items & training.

Same applies for Dress up. As you progress your Hostess, you will unlock more Dress up items for purchase to complete Hostess & get her to #1.

Keep doing this with all Hostess you want to get to #1. You gain 100,000 each time a Hostess gets to #1, if you complete them all you will get an additional 300,000 which will go towards the money achievement. It gets easier after the first Hostess but only one is needed for this achievement.

Outfit Selection: Gorgeous Dress (Once unlocked: Gorgeous Dress White if you want to grab additional money by getting all hostess to #1)

Hairstyle Selection: Curly Updo - *Color: 2nd row down, 1st row right*

Can you tell me how I can dress her? I did this once while playing the story. Now when I enter a club like flawless or shine I can only choose one hostess to eat and drink.

Just wanted to point out that I was able to unlock this achievement with Ritsuko, the girl you find in the convenience store in Hatsumachi. I did not follow this guide however.

For anyone still going for this, I did this with my first choice (Jo) and without using any glasses or corsage. I read in a lot of guides it would take a couple of girls to unlock everything needed but you can definitely do it with your first hostess.

I got it with Hiromi - combined with the other comments, it would seem to mean that any of the girls will work as long as you have enough stuff unlocked. I had already taken 3 to number one, and unlocked the wardrobe upgrade on my fourth.

I didn't really understand what this achievement was. I got Jo to number 1 and then when I didn't get the achievement I realized this unlocks by literally making your girl wear what's posted in the guide.

So I grabbed Kirie and because with Jo I already had everything unlocked, I dressed her as this guide said and achievement unlocked as soon as I confirmed her outfit.

didn't get this with Shoko, soon as she left the club I picked up Jo, applied as much from the list as I could and the achievement popped. Nice!

Got Hiromi to #1 then went with Jo and didn't even have all the categories open and it popped when I put on everything available to me. My guess is that this achievement is more lenient than I expected.

I got this with Ritsuko as my second hostess, recruited her then gave her this look and got it instantly following the same look as Kirie above, thanks. My first hostess was Shoko and this did not work for her even maxed out.

Got this with Kirie as my 1st pick, using the selections above. The purple one piece dress is available by default and the others unlocked before she hit #1.

The achievement requires you to max out any hostess stat. Problem is with how little the changes you make to a hostess are communicated to you it’s pretty much trial and error until you finally get it. (And this minigame was boring as is…)

I was trying to get this with Jo, but it hadn't popped with the instructions above. Then I opened up the club again, and the guy told me it was cosplay night or something and the customers would want something different.

I randomly chose options from the new items - a red cheongsam, pigtail haircut and cat headpiece.

Soon as I finalised the look, the achievement popped.
