If you don’t want to waste your money on this simply make a save before you do this. Simply go to any Hostess Club which are called Flawless in Ryukyu, and Shine or Jewel in Kamurocho.and select any hostess. Then spend 300k on the gold champagne and the achievement will unlock after your session is over with the hostess.

This achievement can be unlocked simply by purchasing the Gold Champagne at the start of your session with the hostess of your choice at any of the three cabaret clubs in the game. The champagne itself is priced at ¥300,000, and the achievement will unlock when your session with the hostess is done and the bill is paid. If you want to save your money (and make the process of unlocking the Walking Bank achievement just a tad bit less tedious), just save your game either at the phone booth next to the M Store in the Hatsumachi neighborhood in Ryukyu across the street from Flawless or at the one where Showa and Pink streets meet in Kamurocho, with the latter road leading up north to the Shine club, and then do your thing and restart the game after it's done.
