How to unlock the Hat Trick achievement in Yakuza 3 Remastered - Definitive Guide
Darts can be found in either of these 2 locations Aqua Sky in Ryukyu or Bantam in Kamurocho
For this version of darts, it plays more like Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 1 version so if you’re used to Kiwami’s 2 versions of darts prepare to forget that version for a while. Approach the attendant at these locations and you’ll be given a darts card that will allow you to play and track your wins. The most effective way people say to do this is by lining up your dart on the bullseye and then pull your right stick back halfway down slowly and then release it immediately after it’s been pulled back. If you pull back too fast the dart will most likely veer off to the left or right when you release. If you release slowly the dart won’t go at all or will drop significantly and will hit the triple 3 target on the board if you’re aiming at the bullseye. Another way of doing this achievement is if the method above isn't working cause the darts are only just falling when thrown just aim at the triple 20 do what you were doing to make the dart fall and it'll hit the bullseye. Unfortunately, there are no darts you can buy like in Yakuza 0, Kiwami 1, Kiwami 2, or Yakuza 5 to make this achievement easier.

Got this on my first try with my first 3 throws. Very easy if you follow this method. Started a 901 game assuming I would get it wrong.

Darts in this game are absolutely terrible.

Hit the center of the target (bullseye) with all three darts in one round. To play darts in Yakuza, you need to roughly point where you want to throw with your left hand, and use your right stick to deflect and release to make a throw. At first it won’t work, but over time you’ll get the hang of it and find the desired degree of stick deflection. The hand shakes all the time, so it’s better to throw when it goes down. If it doesn’t work out at all, you can aim at the triple 20 (a narrow sector in the middle of two wide ones on the 20) and tilt the stick back as much as possible and release. It will turn out to be a rather crooked throw, but most likely you will hit the center.

I’ve already told you how to play this in other tips, but I’ll tell you here too.
Place the gamepad on a surface (on your lap, table, floor, etc.) and play it like a joystick. With your left hand, aim and fix the sight so that the center of the amplitude of hand movement is in the place where you want to hit. The center must be determined by the cross of the dart's shank. For example, to hit the bull's eye, direct your hand so that the paint moves from the top edge of the bull's eye to the bottom and back.
And now it’s a little more complicated - you need to pull your hand back with the right stick not all the way (about 2/3) and sharply release the stick. For myself, I usually count “One and two!” and I let go. It's enough to hit exactly the point you were aiming for. A couple of attempts to get used to it - and you will be sculpting hat-tricks and tone80 at any moment.
