There are 2 different difficulties for this minigame The Standard Massage goes for 50 seconds and requires 20,000 points to clear. And The Oil Massage and Ear Cleaning goes for 90 seconds and requires 30,000 points to clear. You do not have the win in either of these modes you can just fail immediately and you’ll get the achievement after you completed the 2nd mode. The objective of the game is there’s a meter on the right which will have 5 sections to it and you don’t want it to hit the very top or bottom of the bar or else it’ll cause you to see a picture of a baby crying and then saying you lost. So you’ll want to balance yourself in the second and third to the top sections to earn a lot of points. To balance your line you have to hit press one of 2 buttons for your line to go up hit B and to make it go down hit A. The second to top section will earn you a lot of points and the section below that will earn you fewer points over time if your line is in that section. If you’ve gotten enough points there will be one last part where you’ll have to spin both analog sticks in opposite directions to fill a bar to complete the minigame.
